The Director of Spa provides leadership to all employees within the Spa Department. The Spa Director provides cutting edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and Wellness department with regards to treatments and philosophies. Creating, developing and implementing of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, demonstrating effective retail management, supervises personnel such as therapists, Ayurvedic doctors, Herbalists, Medical practioners and fitness trainers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa
Understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans
Creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership
