The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for all front desk operations. He/She answers calla, greets patients/families/visitors and directs them to their appropriate designation. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist has added responsibility of managing scheduled of the patient service coordinators.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least one year of receptionist or general office experience
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to pay attention to details and to work in a fast pace environment. The ability to handle a crisis situation of necessary
Previous experience with a multi-line telephone system and reception in a similar high volume environment required.
Must be able to use a computer, printer, typewriter and office supplies
Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care. You will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Service Act including the PA State Police criminal background check and an FBI fingerprint based federal criminal records check and the Child Abuse Clearance along with the Act 31.
