In this 12 month fixed term role role you will manage cost-effective overall provision and delivery of Human Resources advice and services to the Macquarie Public Investments division globally, with specific focus on the Americas region, that are aligned with divisional business strategy and human capital priorities, across c.900 employees globally about approximately c.650 across Americas and Europe, and within the overall Macquarie HR framework.
With your first-class organizational skills, you will be involved in the coordination of HR activities that are global in nature such as the bi-annual talent reviews, annual remuneration review and MPI-wide policies and initiatives requires working with, and coordination of HR Business Partners and co-workers in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and other MPI locations.
Your relationship building skills will be utilized as key business stakeholders are the Global Head of Macquarie Public Investments and the Americas Leadership Team.
You will play a significant role in evolving the culture of the business and driving the human-capital agenda across the Americas as well as helping to support the broader global agenda. As a trusted partner to senior management and managers will support and help manage a broad range of HR activities such as Resourcing plans and Recruitment delivery; Talent Management agenda; Compensation & Benefits; Employee Relations; and Organizational design and change management support within Macquarie Public investments.
