Housekeeper

Merion Cricket Club is looking for housekeepers & locker room attendants. The ideal candidates are individuals who have an energetic personality, a strong work ethic, a passion for offering excellent service and are self-motivated.
Responsibilities

Dust mopping and damp mopping floors
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Cleaning bathrooms
Daily cleaning of lobbies, dining areas and all furniture
Collecting trash from around the clubhouse and proper disposal of the trash in outside dumpsters
Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary
Assisting with banquet function set up

Part-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k) plan after 6 months and will receive a yearly match and profit sharing contribution from the Club. Full-time employees will also receive health and life insurance benefits, paid time off, and a number of other benefits.
Requirements

Punctuality
Reliable transportation

Frequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary
Frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous Housekeeping experience preferred
Excellent oral communication, listening skills and a team player
Ability to follow directions
