Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:

Supervises the day-to-day operations and performance of the team to provide the highest level of customer service for the customer
Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates and models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
Educates new potential customers on sales promotions, services, and the benefits of our brand vs the competition
Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
Attend and participate in-office meetings to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction rating
Provides product feedback to their direct leader, including recommendations regarding improving the consumer experience and product/service packages
Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data

Entry Level Manager Requirements:

1-3 years of prior knowledge in a Leadership role, Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred
Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study
Roles in leadership positions and/or teams in school and at work.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 – $1,200.00 per week
Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
