Customer Success Assistant

Marketing Statement
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors to PHA residential sites. This position is also responsible for keeping the entry ways and lobbies tidy and organized. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines:
High School Diploma AND one (1) or more years of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Residents and/or clients of the Philadelphia Housing Authority will receive first preference in all hiring determinations related to this classification.
Required Knowledge of:
PHA organization, operations, policies and procedures.
Basic customer service principles and methodologies.
Required Skill in:
Client relations and providing exceptional customer service; Using initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines; Evaluating policies and procedures and making recommendations for improvement; Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, residents, the general public, and all stakeholders; Interacting with people of different social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds; Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with audiences possessing varied education, economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds; Maintaining a clean and functional workspace.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically performed in a standard office environment; Locations may include housing developments or other PHA operated residential buildings; Position may be part-time or full-time status; Evening and weekend work may be required.; Professional dress and appearance is required.
