Customer Service Representative

We are eager to bring on a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent customer service to our clientele and the partnerships that we have. We are looking for someone who has experience working in the restaurant, hospitality, retail sales, or similar customer service industry to be the voice of our partnerships and to provide exceptional communication.
We are a marketing firm located in the heart of Philadelphia. Our team is growing immensely and we are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative immediately. For anyone looking to step out of their current industry to get into a more career-driven work environment, We will provide full coaching and training to help you do so. Our training is designed to have our Customer Service Representatives learn quickly and develop their skills right away to hit the ground running. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented customer service and sales team members to gain knowledge of the products offered, learn how to develop and execute a marketing strategy, support our sales team, and work within a high-energy environment.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Act as the face and voice of our partnerships by working directly with customers to ensure that they have an excellent experience.
Work independently and within a team to proactively provide support to our customers.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of all products and services offered by our partnerships to educate customers.
Work within our sales department to expand our customer base and provide services for those that desire.
Be able to assist all other departments in order to provide sufficient support to the company and enable your own growth opportunities.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma / GED
1-2 years of experience working in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, sales, or similar customer service industry is preferred but not required
Ability to communicate directly with other team members as well as customers on a daily basis
Team player, reliable, and self-motivated
The ability to learn and retain large amounts of information that can be adapted and applied to unpredictable situations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
