Due to continuing growth within our company, we are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer support team here at King of Prussia, Pa. We are looking for a professional who values teamwork, is goal oriented, and takes pride in achieving their best. The selected candidate will be joining a Remarkable team who loves coming to work!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, or 9:30am-6:00pm Pay: $19.00/Hour (Negotiation based on experience) Sign on Bonus: $500.00 after 90 days of employment

Communicate with Customers via phone/email providing worry free assistance with their linen needs.
Daily contributing towards our team’s quarterly goals that impact our Company’s overall success.
Build personable connections with Customers to retain Customer loyalty.
Anticipate Customer’s needs, researching requests and provide recommendations for a more seamless experience.
Identifying any areas of improvement within our service field by capturing Customer feedback via our Net Promoter Score program.
Assisting with local administrative duties such as soft billing inquiries and submitting payment requests
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer focused, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to express empathy
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
