We are looking to hire a proven leader with industry experience as either a General Contractor, Carpenter or prior Site Superintendent. We are a character-driven organization and believe that is the most important trait for our ideal candidate, however the right candidate will still need the professional ability to supervise Commercial, Industrial, Ecclesiastical, and Medical construction projects.
**In addition to the above, experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings is encouraged.**

The Superintendent will be responsible for the below list of tasks but overall will be the point-person responsible for the completion of any project. The Superintendent will be the driving force behind our “5 Keys to a Successful Project: Safety, Schedule, Budget, Quality and Client Satisfaction.”
The superintendent’s main role is to oversee all field operations and communications for a specific project. As the“boots-on-the-ground” supervisor, he/she works in conjunction with the Project Manger leading the project team. The superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of subcontractors on site and is tenacious in keeping to the short-term schedule.
o Clearly explain the goals and expectations of each project with all field personnel; be the example.
o Prepare and manage schedules; pursuing completion of all activities on time
o Responsible for Daily Reports of weather, manpower, progress and conditions impacting the project
o Inspection of (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract
o Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
o Provide technical expertise throughout
o Maintain positive relationships and good communication with all subcontractors.
o Continuously review plans and specifications and advise of any issues or deficiencies
o Insure job safety standards are both understood and implemented by all personnel
o Control consistency on project estimates, budget, contract scopes, and overall preparation
o Train then mentor to cultivate an environment of shared knowledge
o Other duties as assigned
