CORA is looking for a full-time Youth and Family Case Manager to provide services to adolescents, young adults and their family members in home and Agency locations.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.60/hour for BA; $19.65/hour for MA.
Case Manager Responsibilities:

The Case Manager will work collaboratively with the assigned counselor in implementing the service/treatment plan with the goal of retaining or re-engaging the adolescent client in treatment.
Duties also include consultations with school or other agency personnel and families in settings most conducive to achieving desired goals with clients, including but not limited to clients’ homes, schools, court, recreations centers and treatment centers.

Drug and Alcohol Case Manager Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Case Management experience with an emphasis on Outreach strongly preferred.
Knowledge of community resources and socioeconomic factors that impact families.
