Summary:
The PerformRx Business Analyst works with the operational teams to ensure that all customer/plan related issues are addressed. The incumbent identifies trends and actively seeks to work for resolution of all customer/plan issues. The Business Analyst understands and supports strategic process improvement initiatives and goals, working collaboratively with management.
Responsibilities:

Respond to all requests that include research, evaluation, and documentation of findings
Serve as the liaison to other business units in meetings and cross-functional teams
Ensure the timely updates and integrity of the knowledge tools and plan materials
Facilitate resolution of surrounding customer-experience is implemented by appropriate business area and working properly
Identify and document client/company touch point’s process flows and communication
Prepare and deliver presentations for management and business partners to depict trends, interdependencies, and the correlation of up and downstream impacts to customer experience
Manage multiple projects and group implementations, maintain appropriate documentation at a task level, and monitor deadlines
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with business partners and internal/external customers
Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems
Participate in cross-functional teams related to new business and process improvement projects to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with Management Team on operational initiatives to maximize operations client satisfaction and operational effectiveness

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field preferred
Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) preferred
Requires:

Minimum one (1) year of current/recent experience as a Business and/or Procedure(s) Analyst
Minimum three (3) years of current/recent experience with progressively more responsibility in operations or project management
Strong leadership experience in a transformational, fast-paced environment
Strong technical aptitude to include MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Strong communication (listening, verbal and written) skills to directly interact with the client
Must have a general understanding of the PBM business environment and associated systems
