Bi-lingual Payroll Specialist

Moravia Health, Pennsylvania’s premier home healthcare agency, is seeking to fill a Payroll/Data Entry position in our Philadelphia, PA location. The ideal candidate has excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention detail while monitoring data for accuracy.
The ideal candidate has a familiarity with spreadsheets and other online forms including direct deposit processing and will provide support to the Payroll Manager. The ideal candidate also has superior customer service skills. Responsibilities include supporting the analysis of payroll activities including data input of hours worked and tracking and distributing deductions and benefits.
Job Description:

Maintaining and retrieving payroll information by checking, collecting, and calculating

data into the payroll system for processing

Responsible for creating and maintaining financial records and reports to ensure

accuracy and resolve payroll concerns

Update payroll timesheets and records by entering exemptions and insurance

coverage to ensure client and employee integrity

Input and update required client and employee payroll information such as changes to contact information in a timely and accurate manner
Responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager with the administration and completion of special projects and related duties

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written communication and human relations skills
Ability to operate Microsoft, Word, Excel and other related database applications
Ability to type at the required rate of speed
Ability to treat information, data and records with confidentiality
Proficiency in monitoring accuracy
Detail-Oriented
Punctual

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
