Accounts Receivable Specialist

Posting Description:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have complete responsibilities for ensuring that all customer accounts are accurate, provide financial, clerical, and administrative services, have the ability to prioritize, work independently, and possess a willingness to learn and grow with the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation and sending of invoices using an up-to-date billing system
Interact with Customer to investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies
Collection on any overdue invoices
Responsible for depositing customer payments using a check scanner and entering cash receipts against the customer’s AR account
Prepare and maintain daily cash flow report
Reconcile A/R and related accounts to the G/L at month-end
Responsible for processing new customer account information, scanning new customer contracts and documents associated with new a customer
Manges and reports data to ensure accurate commissions
Maintain data to file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns


3+ years accounts receivable accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar accounting software
MS Office, proficient in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Open to change and willing to learn new skills
Ability to follow up on pending issues
Ability to meet deadlines
