A company located in the Philadelphia Region is seeking an AP/Accounting Clerk on a temp to hire basis. Qualified candidates are required to have 1-2 plus years of recent working experience in either an accounts payable or an accounting clerical support position.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk

Processing AP invoices
Posting and inputting customer transactions into accounts
Researching and analyzing information
Reviewing vendor statements
Matching receipts
Administrative/office support duties
Customer support
Data entry

Requirements of the Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk

1-2 plus years of corporate accounts payable and/or accounting clerical experience
Customer service/support experience
Strong organizational and researching skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong written and communication skills
Data entry skills required

Assignment: Temp to Hire
Pay Range: $21hr-$23hr

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Experience:

accounts payable and/or accounting clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service/support: 1 year (Preferred)
